STATE BUILDINGS PROTECTIVE SECURITY ACT 1983 - SECT 29
29 Offence to assault or resist officer
A person must not assault or resist a security officer in the course of the
officer performing the officer's duties under this Act.
Maximum penalty--10
penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
