Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAll remedies hereby given to judgment creditors are likewise given to any persons to whom any moneys or costs charges or expenses are by any decree or order in equity or any rule or order at common law by the Supreme Court or any decree rule or order of the said court in its ecclesiastical or matrimonial jurisdiction respectively directed to be paid.
