Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that an appointment of an associate to a judge that is in force under section 210 immediately before the section is replaced by a new section 210 under the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010, section 197 (Replacement of s 210), is taken, from the replacement, to continue in force as if it had been made by the Chief Justice under the new section 210.
(2) This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20B.
