STATE COUNTER-DISASTER ORGANISATION ACT 1975 - SECT 38

38 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may--

(a) create offences against the regulation; and
(b) fix a maximum penalty of a fine of 2 penalty units for an offence against the regulation.
