STATE COUNTER-DISASTER ORGANISATION ACT 1975 - SECT 9

(1) There is established and there shall at all times hereafter be constituted a body called the State Counter-Disaster Organization.

(2) The organisation consists of--

(a) the members of the central control group; and

(b) any other persons appointed by the Governor in Council.
