SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1991 - SECT 12A
12A Chief Justice continues in office while judge
(1) The Chief Justice holds office as Chief Justice while the person holds
office as a judge.
(2) The Chief Justice may resign office as Chief Justice
without resigning office as a judge.
