SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1991 - SECT 141
141 Transitional provision for Forensic Disability Act 2011
The amendment of the Criminal Practice Rules 1999 by the
Forensic Disability Act 2011 does not affect the power of the Governor in
Council to further amend the rules or to repeal them.
