Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A registrar of the court may delegate the registrar's powers to an appropriately qualified person who is a public service employee in a registry of the court.
(2) In this section—
appropriately qualified, for a person to whom a power may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
Example of standing—
a person's classification level in the public service
