SANCTUARY COVE RESORT ACT 1985 - SECT 21
21 Primary thoroughfare deemed to be dedicated road
For the purpose of the subdivision of or other dealing with land within a zone
other than a residential zone, the primary thoroughfare shall be deemed to be
dedicated road.
