Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Supreme Court may not make a statutory order of review or give a declaratory judgment in relation to a proceeding taken, or to be taken, before a small claims tribunal, or in relation to an order made by a small claims tribunal, unless the court is satisfied that--
(a) the tribunal had or has no jurisdiction under this Act to take the proceeding; or
(b) during the proceeding there has been a denial of natural justice to a party to the proceeding.
