SUPERANNUATION (PUBLIC EMPLOYEES PORTABILITY) ACT 1985 - SECT 9

Where a transfer value is paid in respect of an eligible officer who was contributing to the State Public Sector Superannuation Fund, the Treasurer shall pay such portion of that transfer value as is determined by the actuary to be the subsidy component of that transfer value and to be the liability of the Crown.
