63 Amendment of regulation by Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect powers of Governor in Council
The amendment of the Statutory Instruments Regulation 2002 by the
Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect the power of the
Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
