Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the Land Court cancels an access right affecting land or varies an access right in a way that excludes land affected by the right.
(2) The Land Court may order the person who is or was the grantee of the access right to carry out rectification or reinstatement of the land as directed by the court.
