STATUTE OF WESTMINSTER ADOPTION ACT 1942 (COMMONWEALTH) - SECT 3

3. Sections 2 to 6 of the Imperial Act entitled the Statute of Westminster 1931 (which Act is set out in the schedule) are adopted and the adoption shall have effect from 3 September 1939.
