Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 106(4) as amended by the Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction Reform and Modernisation Amendment Act 2010 has effect in relation to a person whose licence is suspended under section 105 regardless of whether the suspension happened before or after the commencement of this section.
