SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 5

5 Board's decisions to accord with decisions of certain bodies under the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999

(1) This section applies if the board is making--

(a) a decision on an application for registration; or
(b) a decision, under this Act, affecting a registrant's registration.

(2) The decision must comply with, and be consistent with, any decision of the board, a disciplinary committee, a professional conduct review panel, QCAT or the Court of Appeal, affecting the applicant or registration, under the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999.
