SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 9

(1) The Speech Pathologists Board of Queensland is established.

(2) The board--

(a) is a body corporate; and

(b) has a common seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
