Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Any amount (including an amount of contribution to the fund) that is payable to the board under the scheme may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due and owing to the board.
(2) Any amount of contributions to the fund unpaid at the time a person ceases to be a member may be deducted from any benefits payable under the scheme before any payment is made to or in respect of that person.
