SUPERANNUATION (STATE PUBLIC SECTOR) ACT 1990 - SECT 9
9 Remuneration and allowances payable to trustees and alternate trustees
(1) A trustee or alternate trustee is entitled to be paid the remuneration and
allowances decided by the Minister after consulting the board.
(2) The costs
of the remuneration and allowances may be paid from the fund.
