5 Transitional provision for Freedom of Information and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005
Section 3, as inserted by the Freedom of Information and Other Legislation
Amendment Act 2005, (new section 3) applies to an instrument even though it
was made before the commencement of new section 3.
