TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1988 - SECT 3
3 Objective of Act
The principal objective of this Act is to--
(a) provide for the licensing of
travel agents in Queensland; and
(b) provide for the regulation of the
conduct of business as a travel agent; and
(c) provide access to the travel
industry compensation fund by consumers entitled to compensation under this
Act.
