TRAVEL AGENTS ACT 1988 - SECT 36

36 Approval of trust deed

(1) The Minister may for the purposes of this Act--

(a) approve an instrument as the trust deed; or
(b) approve any amendment to the trust deed.

(2) The Minister shall promulgate the trust deed and any approved amendment to the trust deed by gazette notice.
