Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A school of anatomy may charge an amount to recover the reasonable costs associated with the loan of the body of a deceased person to another school of anatomy, including costs associated with receiving, embalming, storing, maintaining or disposing of the body or a part of the body.
(2) A person does not commit an offence against section 40(1) only by paying an amount charged under subsection (1).
(3) A person does not commit an offence against section 42(1) only by charging an amount under subsection (1).
