Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Governor in Council, by regulation, may declare a private hospital under the Private Health Facilities Act 1999 for which a licence under that Act is in force (if the Governor in Council is satisfied that the facilities at the hospital are adequate for the purposes of this Act), to be a hospital for the purposes of this Act.
