TRADING (ALLOWABLE HOURS) ACT 1990 - SECT 29

29 Compliance with conditions for exhibitions etc.

If there is in force an industrial commission order that declares conditions applicable to any special exhibition or special display, the occupier of each exhibit or display in such special exhibition or special display is to cause the exhibit or display to be conducted so as to comply in all respects with the terms of the order.
