TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 1994 - SECT 274A

For a GOC Act entity, a regulation may do 1 or more of the following—

(a) declare the entity to be a port authority;

(b) prescribe the port the entity is to manage;

(c) revoke the declaration of the entity as a port authority.
