TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 1994 - SECT 280

If a charge is payable in relation to a ship, the following persons are jointly and severally liable for the charge—

(a) the owner of the ship;

(b) the master of the ship;

(c) the agent of the ship's owner;

(d) another person who has accepted liability for the charge.
