Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this division, the Land Act applies to a lease granted under this division as if it were granted under the Land Act.
(2) The chief executive of the department that administers the Land Act may record a dealing effected for a lease under this division in the leasehold land register.
