TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 1994 - SECT 287
287 Strategic port land not subject to local planning instrument
(1) Strategic port land is not subject to a local planning instrument under
the Planning Act.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite the Planning Act,
chapter 3.
