Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For the purpose of section 287A, the chief executive may make guidelines to which a person must have regard when carrying out development under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
(2) The chief executive must give a copy of the guidelines to each local government affected by the guidelines.
