Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision mentioned in section 289F(1) (the original decision) may ask the port authority to review the decision.
(2) The Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994, part 5, division 2—
(a) applies to the review as if a reference in the division to the chief executive were a reference to the port authority that made the decision; and
(b) provides—
(i) for the procedure for applying for the review and the way it is to be carried out; and
(ii) that the person may apply to QCAT to have the original decision stayed.
