Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) To carry out road works, the chief executive may temporarily occupy and use land, including roads, and do anything on the land that is necessary or convenient to be done.
(2) Subsection (1) does not authorise the chief executive to extract quarry material from a watercourse in a wild river area.
