TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 1994 - SECT 41
41 Improvement of State-controlled road as an economic alternative to improvement of the local road network
If a local government concludes that improvements to a State-controlled road
in its area would be beneficial to the local road network, the local
government may make financial arrangements with the chief executive for the
improvements to be made.
