Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A network company must not enter into an access agreement with another QR National company unless the agreement has been approved by the board of directors of the network company.
(2) The board of directors of a network company must not approve an access agreement mentioned in subsection (1) unless the board is reasonably satisfied the agreement is on arms-length terms.
