Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If there is any inconsistency between a waterway transport management plan and another law the other law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether the waterway transport management plan was made before or after the other law.

another law means any subordinate legislation and action taken under part 1.
