Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a railway manager's refusal, on or after the commencement of this section, to approve an interference with a railway under section 255(1)(a).
(2) For section 485, the refusal is an original decision even if the approval was first sought before the commencement of this section.
