Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice to the owner of public utility plant on a State-controlled road, make requirements about matters prescribed under a regulation in relation to the plant.
(2) The requirements may include the imposition of conditions, including conditions about the payment of a fee or other charge fixed by the chief executive.
