Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to development for a franchised road if the development is proposed to be carried out in relation to a Queensland heritage place under the Queensland Heritage Act 1992.
(2) The development is taken to be development proposed to be carried out by the State to which section 71 of that Act applies.
