TRADE MEASUREMENT ACT 1990 - SECT 5

5 Application of Act to Crown

(1) This Act binds the Crown in all its capacities, in so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits.

(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
