Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licensee under a servicing licence may apply to the licensing authority for an amendment to a condition of the licence of a kind mentioned in section 48(2).
(2) The licensing authority may amend or refuse to amend the licence.
(3) An application must be accompanied by the application fee prescribed under the Administration Act.
