TRADE MEASUREMENT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 24

24 Regulations

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may impose a penalty not exceeding 30 penalty units for an offence against the regulations.
