Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a notice made, given or signed by the chief executive when performing a former function of the chief executive that is in force immediately before the commencement.
(2) The notice continues to have effect after the commencement as if it had been made, given or signed by the general manager.
