159 Amendment of regulation by Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 does not affect powers of Governor in Council
The amendment of the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Regulation 2008
by the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 does not affect the
power of the Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal
it.
