Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If treated sewage or untreated sewage is discharged from a declared ship into the nil discharge waters for treated sewage or untreated sewage from a declared ship under section 49, each culpable person for the discharge commits an offence.
Maximum penalty—850 penalty units.
(2) This section applies despite the Criminal Code, sections 23 and 24.
