TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (MARINE SAFETY) ACT 1994 - SECT 59
59 Cancellation, suspension and amendment of registration
The chief executive or general manager may cancel or suspend the registration
of a ship, or amend the registration of a ship without application by the
owner, only by fair procedures prescribed by regulation.
