179 Amendment of regulation by Maritime and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006 does not affect powers of Governor in Council

The amendment of the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2005 by the Maritime and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006 does not affect the power of the Governor in Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
