Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For deciding whether an offence against the Weapons Act 1990, section 51(1), is a disqualifying offence, an offence committed before the commencement can not be taken into account.

commencement means the commencement of the Weapons Amendment Act 2011.
