TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 83
83 Requirement for limousine service licences
A person must not provide a limousine service using a vehicle unless the
person has a limousine service licence to provide the service with the
vehicle.
Maximum penalty—160 penalty units.
