5 Relationship with Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994
This Act does not affect--
(a) the functions or powers under TOPTA of the
TOPTA chief executive; or
(b) the rights or obligations under TOPTA of
drivers and operators and of passengers using public passenger services.
