TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT) ACT 1995 - SECT 168D

168D Contracting out in relation to heavy vehicles etc. prohibited

A contract or agreement relating to a heavy vehicle, a prescribed dangerous goods vehicle or the transport of dangerous goods is void to the extent to which it—

(a) is contrary to this Act; or
(b) purports to exclude, limit or otherwise change the effect of a provision of this Act.
